Dr. Chan was comprehensive and clear during my visit on throat pains. He was able to help rule out some common causes for the pain and referred me to the appropriate specialists and next steps. Definitely recommend!

I have been seeing Dr. Chan every couple of years for ear wax removal. He always does a thorough exam and has given me advice on how to avoid too much buildup. He is attentive and very knowledgeable. He takes his time with you to explain everything and doesn’t rush through the appointment. I would be returning to him again if I need to see an ENT in the future.

This young , efficient and knowledgeable doctor, is a godsend to all that grace his office, relieved my problem concerning my ear that other doctors couldn’t…. his assistant also very efficient…. Dr. Chan was able to properly identify that my severe ear infection was fungal, not bacterial and set a new treatment path. I'm continuing followup visits, as eardrum was now compromised from the infection but didn't happen until days after my first visit and I was already on the new treatment. So we had to adjust meds and continue observation/treatment. Was very improved on fungus reduction, no pain,drum should heal.

A clogged ear had been bothering me for a week so I came in for a cleaning. Dr. Chan was very nice, talked me through what was causing the clog, what the cleaning would entail and communicated with me as the cleaning was happened. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease, will definitely come back if this issue happens again
