I absolutely recommend Dr. Chan. He has been my ENT doctor since 2022, and I feel very grateful to have found him among the many doctors available in New York.
Dr. Chan is patient, attentive, and highly professional. I truly appreciate the time he takes during each visit to listen carefully, explain my symptoms, walk me through the treatment he recommends, and help me understand what to expect. He is thorough, reassuring, and never makes me feel rushed.
Finding a doctor who combines medical expertise with genuine care and clear communication is not easy, and I am very thankful to be under his care. I highly recommend Dr. Chan to anyone looking for an excellent ENT specialist.

Dr.Norman Chan was beyond Amazing.
I can’t recommend him enough! From the moment I walked in, he was kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, provided a ton of helpful information, and patiently answered all of my questions. After a previous “doctor” gave me the wrong diagnosis and left me feeling frustrated and anxious, he was a breath of fresh air.
